Role OverviewThe Facility Project Manager oversees project schedules, budgets, contractors, design coordination, and stakeholder communication while ensuring building systems are fully integrated and projects meet customer requirements for performance, cost, and schedule.
What You Will Do
Manage facility design and construction projects, including schedules, budgets, funding, and day-to-day project execution. Coordinate integration of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, IT, and telecommunications.

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI FSP required
- Bachelor's degree in any field and 5+ years of facilities project management experience
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Project or comparable project management software
- Experience managing facility design, construction, renovation, or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, and change requests
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, contractors, field personnel, and multidisciplinary project teams
