Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking a Facility Space Management Technician to support the Kirtland AFB Engineering Operations Services contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The successful applicant will assist in developing and maintaining the installation Facility Space Optimization Plan and conduct space accountability and planning processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience related to facility space planning and management
  • Ability to interpret drawing floor plans, capture accurate facility measurements, and relate to the CAD team for corrections
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data via standard reports
  • Competent and effective computer skills to include using Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Proficient English oral and written communication skills
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Ability to work in an office environment and a field environment
