Role OverviewThe Fact Witness Legal Clerk plays an integral role in facilitating the participation and cooperation of victims and witnesses throughout the federal judicial system. The successful candidate will work on-site at our client’s Washington State office and report to Kingstonville’s designated Project Manager.
What You Will Do
Provide witness management assistance prior to, during, and after trial. Typical assignments include work directly with fact witnesses, provide assistance and support to ensure appearance for court, pre-trial conferences, hearings, and grand jury.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to review and analyze data and information from multiple sources
- Ability to maintain internal status information on the disposition of designated information, files, and assets
- Ability to pass a minimum background investigation (MBI)
- US citizenship is required
