Job Description
Nelnet Business Services (NBS) is seeking a FACTS Account Executive to work with a designated group of FACTS customers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs, and maintaining communication to ensure FACTS meets their needs.

Requirements

  • 4-year undergraduate degree in business and/or technology
  • 3-5 years of sales and customer success management experience
  • Strong knowledge of FACTS products and services
  • Background in education market is a plus
