Role OverviewAs a Fair and Responsible Lending Development Manager – Consumer with Frost, you will provide guidance and support on fair, responsible, and compliant lending practices. You will help bring value to the organization by promoting awareness and understanding of fair lending expectations through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Do
Serve as an embedded advisor to consumer lending teams, providing day-to-day guidance on fair, responsible, and compliant consumer lending practices. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Credit, Pricing, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to support product design, enhancements, and change initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in consumer banking or a related financial services role
- Working knowledge of consumer fair lending and consumer protection laws and expectations
- Experience partnering with business teams in a first line or embedded advisory capacity
- Strong judgment and the ability to balance risk management with business execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- High ethical standards and a commitment to responsibility, complaint, and inclusive banking practices
