The Faith Community Nurse is a health educator, personal health counselor, and integrator of faith/health relationship, working with individuals, families, and groups throughout all stages of life and socio-economic levels in faith communities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Nursing
  • Licensed as a RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience
