Job Description
As a Co-op, you will be part of the team from day one and given training and tasks that are important and impactful to our projects' success. Success in this role depends on the Co-op’s initiative and teamwork skills.

Requirements

  • Collaborate regularly with Project Managers to discuss quality-related observations and ensure shared understanding and resolution of quality concerns.
  • Facilitate the creation of permanent reporting capabilities using Smartsheet, Tableau, or other software/technologies for the Quality team and internal customers.
  • Perform root cause analysis of events that compromise quality on construction projects and support initiatives to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Review equipment documentation to mitigate risk.
  • Support the field by generating design documents for large and small construction projects.
  • Perform jobsite visits to collect information for the development of designs and to ensure designs have been constructed properly.
