Role Overview

This position will support Textron Aviation's Facilities & Maintenance team on sustainability, utility, and environmental performance initiatives across multiple company locations. The role will assist with energy, water, waste, emissions, and resource conservation projects while gaining exposure to sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, utility infrastructure, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Collect, validate, and analyze energy, water, waste, utility, and environmental performance data. Identify diversion opportunities, cost impacts, and improvement actions. Evaluate renewable energy, energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, rebate, and incentive opportunities.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science, Sustainability, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Business, Data Analytics, or related field with sustainability emphasis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, time management, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Analytical problem-solver with ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, energy management, utilities, or environmental compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data visualization, analytics software, or environmental reporting tools preferred
