Job Description
The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is seeking a Family Assessment Specialist to provide support to families who are struggling to deal with everyday challenges. The Family Assessment Program (FAP) provides individualized advice, counseling, and referral to services to strengthen families and reduce conflict.

Requirements

  • Conduct service-oriented assessment interviews with families
  • Facilitate initial interviews with families
  • Develop written reports for judges and attorneys
  • Assist families in developing realistic expectations of the PINS diversion process
