Job Description
We are looking for a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Family Partner to join our team, providing support to youth and families with serious emotional disturbance. As a Family Partner, you will work with a clinician and other families to improve mental health concerns, strengthen family structure, and provide a consistent, strength-based therapeutic relationship.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a minimum of an associate’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of experience working with the target population; or a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of experience working with the target population
  • Must have lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth with emotional, behavioral or learning challenges and experience accessing systems for support for your child’s needs
  • Maintains a valid driver’s license
  • Background checks and driving checks will be performed
