Job Description
The Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Intensive Care Coordinator will support clients to achieve their goals, providing a combination of medically necessary intensive family therapy, robust care coordination, and Family Partner engagement for eligible youth with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and their families.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience navigating child and family-serving systems and collaborating with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups, and/or behavioral health facilities preferred
