Job Description
Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Support Worker position at JRI, providing community-based services to children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on improving mental health concerns and strengthening family structure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university
  • One (1) year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the needs of emotionally fragile, mentally ill youth and their families
