Job Description
Develops and implements the family-based services program, providing leadership and guidance to staff in assigned program. Ensures clients receive and participate in services on a continual basis and serves as liaison capacity for communications with stakeholders. Responsible for proper documentation and record keeping, as well as ensuring program staff comply with regulatory and organizational standards. Provides clinical supervision and directs employees to ensure adequate staffing.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation education or a graduate degree in the field of human services
  • At least 3 years direct care experience with children or adolescents in the CASSP system
  • Supervisory certification from the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good physical health and ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods
