Job Description
The Family Birth Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned nursing units to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. This role provides daily frontline supervision of nursing staff, assists with patient flow and bed management, and supports clinical decision-making.
Requirements
BSN required or equivalent experience
Current Washington State RN license
Certification in clinical area of expertise preferred
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level to be completed within six (6) months of hire
Prior experience/expertise for three years in clinical area relevant to unit patient population required
Two years of charge nurse, team leader or other leadership experience preferred
