Requirements

  • Represent OneLegacy to the potential donor's Authorizing Party and family
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and OneLegacy to ensure timely and sensitive approach plan
  • Approach Authorizing Party and family for organ, eye, and tissue authorization
  • Provide support and information while maintaining a position of dual advocacy
  • Act as a liaison between hospital staff and OneLegacy
