Role Overview

The Family Community Specialist Level II will provide supportive services to children and families, including education, child development, homemaking, and child and family well-being. They will work with hard to reach or resistant individuals and families, develop a working knowledge of services available within each community, and complete reports and documentation timely and according to organizational and contract standards.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Family Community Specialist Level II include gauging levels of academic needs, developing individualized plans for each child to reach academic standards, and utilizing and growing knowledge of school and community academic resources to help children reach academic standards.
