Role OverviewThe Family Engagement Coordinator will co-lead a team of Family Advocates and Home Educators, providing social service tools, training opportunities, and resources to support families in their upward mobility. The Coordinator will work actively with parent and community representatives during Policy Council training and meetings.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Family Engagement Coordinator include carrying out the agency's Vision, Mission, and Core Values, formulating and implementing the social service aspect of the Head Start Performance Standards, and mentoring and advising staff, parents, and service providers to ensure quality of program services.
