Role OverviewThe Family Engagement Manager works closely with the Director of Education Services to oversee the development and implementation of family engagement strategy and provide direct support to field and office staff on parent communication and community outreach. The Manager ensures site staff have access to quality materials, culturally relevant resources, and consistent guidance to deliver equitable family engagement across all Woodcraft Rangers programs.
What You Will Do
Under the guidance of the Director of Education Services, ensure that families across all sites — regardless of location, language, or context — receive equitable access to engagement opportunities and resources. Serve as Trainer of Trainers for the Woodcraft Rangers family engagement model, coordinating with Learning & Development (L&D) to ensure training and professional development is streamlined, aligned, and builds site staff capacity to deliver consistent, high-quality engagement independently.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Community Development, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a school or educational setting involving family engagement, community outreach, parent education, or a related role in an urban, youth-serving, or community-based setting
