Role OverviewThe Family Engagement & Outreach Coordinator keeps Bright House running day-to-day and serves as Brightside’s connector to the community. This role pairs hands-on Bright House operations with proactive outreach and recruitment across our programs.
What You Will Do
Manage the Bright House visitation calendar and schedule, answer the Bright House cell phone, schedule and coordinate visits, meetings, and appointments, and lead recruitment of new CASA volunteers.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, outreach, or volunteer-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management or CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a comfort level engaging the public
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
