Job Description
The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is seeking a Family Engagement Program Administrator to provide program support for direction and integration on behalf of the Assistant Administrator. The position involves coordinating communications and projects, developing communications strategies, and providing technical assistance related to attendance, non-academic barriers, family and community engagement, and grant initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4 years of training or experience in business administration, management science, or public administration
  • or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science, or public administration with 2 years of training or experience in supervisory, administrative, and/or managerial position
  • or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area with 2 years of training or experience in supervisory, administrative, and/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research, and/or policy/procedure development
  • or 1 year of experience as Program Administrator 1, 63122
  • or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above
