Role OverviewModern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney to join our Denver office. The successful candidate will be adept at handling a variety of family law cases, comfortable with direct client communications, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You Will Do
The Family Law Associate Attorney will handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support. They will also be responsible for drafting legal documents, handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have 0-3 years of Family Law experience, exceptional writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Active admission to the Colorado State Bar
- 0-3 years of Family Law experience preferred
- Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
