What You Will Do
Review clinical notes, encounter summaries, and EHR documentation for accuracy and clinical soundness, evaluate AI-generated notes, annotate encounter data, flag omissions, hallucinations, and clinical inaccuracies, provide structured feedback, and contribute expert input on annotation guidelines and documentation standards.

This role requires a practicing primary care, family medicine, or general internal medicine physician with 2+ years post-residency experience, available for a minimum of 10 hours/week through mid-November.
