Job Description
Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program on a mission to ensure that everyone with an eating disorder can access treatment that works. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for children and adults with eating disorders via Equip’s 100% virtual Telehealth platform.

Requirements

  • Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Ability to maintain active Family Nurse Practitioner licenses and pursue cross licensing as applicable.
  • 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting. Primary Care experience is preferred.
