Job Description
Carolina QuickCare is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our Mint Hill clinic. As a primary provider, you will be managing acute and episodic care independently in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You will be supported by established clinical protocols, a dedicated clinic support team, and direct access to clinical leadership and network resources.

Requirements

  • Licensed FNP-C or PA-C in North Carolina, or eligible for licensure
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • 1+ years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care
