Job Description
Generations Family Health Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide primary care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have an MS or DNP degree, board certification, and current licensure in the State of Connecticut. The role includes performing office diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, instructing patients, and developing patient management plans.

Requirements

  • M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Board certification
  • Current licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license in the state
  • Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License
