Job Description
Generations Family Health Center, Inc. seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide primary care services to patients of all ages. The successful candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing, board certification, and a valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License.

Requirements

  • M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Board certification
  • Current licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license in the state
  • Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License
