As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.

What You Will Do

You'll be working on managing a patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or in testing centers, and conducting occasional tele-health visits. You'll also participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• Licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
