Job Description
We are seeking a Family Partner to join our team, working with youth under 21 who are diagnosed with a serious emotional disturbance, providing support, guidance, and services to families and caregivers. The ideal candidate is a parent or guardian with experience navigating systems to secure support for their child's needs, and will work alongside Clinicians, Young Adult Peer Mentors, and Therapeutic Support Specialists to deliver strength-based peer-to-peer education, coaching, role modeling, guidance, and support services.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • A minimum of an Associate degree in a human services field and one year of experience working with the target population is preferred. Alternatively, a High School diploma or GED, combined with two years of experience in the same field, is required.
  • Must be a parent or legal guardian of a youth facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges, as well as experience in navigating systems to secure support for their child's needs.
  • Experience with challenges faced in home, school, or community settings.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
