Job Description
We are seeking a Family Partner (Part-time) to support our youth with serious emotional disturbance. As a Family Partner, you will work alongside caregivers, offering support, demonstrating positive behaviors, and guiding them throughout their journey. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours each week.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • A minimum of an Associate degree in a human services field and one year of experience working with the target population is preferred.
  • Must be a parent or legal guardian of a youth facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges, as well as experience in navigating systems to secure support for their child's needs.
  • Experience with challenges faced in home, school, or community settings.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
