Role Overview

The Family Service Advisor serves families by providing personalized service, generating revenue for the cemetery, and acting as the primary contact for families. They are accountable for making at-need cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need arrangements.

What You Will Do

The Family Service Advisor will lead generation, build relationships with families, and provide customer service. They will also collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and other staff to provide seamless service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred
  • Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Insurance license if required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board

Benefits

  • Target Compensation Range: $50,000 to $100,000 annually
  • Estimated total target compensation for the first year: $50,000 to $100,000 annually
  • Subsequent years: $100,000 to $150,000 or more annually
  • No less than $15.00 per hour for all hours worked
