Role OverviewServes client families by making at need cemetery arrangements, and selling pre-need arrangements. Provides personalized service and generates revenue for the cemetery.
What You Will Do
Prospect for new clients, build relationships with families, and sell pre-need arrangements. Respond to client inquiries, prepare for appointments, and follow through on customer problems.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to build trust-based relationships, work independently, and have strong customer service skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends, drive frequently, and obtain an insurance license is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and experience
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience
- Current state/province issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Insurance license if required by state/province law
Benefits
- Target Compensation Range: $50,000 to $100,000 annually
- Estimated total target compensation: $50,000 to $100,000 in the first year, $100,000 to $150,000 or more in subsequent years
- No less than $15.00 per hour for all hours worked
