Role OverviewThe Family Service Coordinator assists families experiencing a housing crisis by helping them locate and maintain stable housing. This role provides direct support, coordination, and advocacy to ensure each family has the tools and resources needed to achieve long-term success.
What You Will Do
The Family Service Coordinator will work with families to assess needs and develop resolution goals, evaluate families' access to basic needs, and coordinate connection with resources within the community. They will also maintain data integrity and documentation, utilize best practice methods in working with families, and coordinate relationships with community agencies.

- Proficient in Microsoft office products and Google suite office products
- Documented valid driver's license
