Role OverviewAs a Family Service Counselor - Inside Sales Representative, you will establish a professional relationship with client families to ensure all their needs are met. You will represent the company in a professional and caring manner, providing tours and guides to families visiting the cemetery locations. You will also attend services and visitations to develop relationships, ensure excellent service, and potential referrals.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include establishing a professional relationship with client families, providing tours and guides, attending services and visitations, completing required paperwork, and developing new prospects and community-based contacts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in inside sales and outside sales production, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. You will also need to be able to obtain an insurance license as required by applicable law. Bilingual speaking is preferred.
