Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, motivated Family Service Counselor to guide families through one of the most meaningful decisions they will ever make – planning for their final arrangements.
What You Will Do
Educate families about the benefits of pre-planning funeral and cemetery arrangements, meet with at-need families to assist with service and cemetery selections, conduct follow-up calls, outreach, and relationship building within the community.

Requirements
- Compassionate, patient and service-minded
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by both mission and results
- Strong communicator with the ability to guide families through sensitive decisions
- Organized and able to work independently
- Comfortable with a consultative sales environment
- Prior sales experience is helpful but not required – we provide training
- May require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable law
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual speaking a plus
