Role OverviewAs a Family Service Counselor, you will establish a professional relationship with client families to ensure all their needs are met. You will represent the company in a professional and caring manner, provide tours and guides families, and attend services to develop relationships and ensure excellent service.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include completing required paperwork, ensuring proper interment verification process, and conducting blind checks. You will also develop new prospects and community-based contacts, make presentations at business locations and public events, and maintain positive communication with funeral homes and team members.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or college degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales production strongly preferred.
- May require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable law;
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
