Role OverviewAs a Family Service Counselor, you will establish a professional relationship with client families to ensure all needs are being met. You will represent the company in a professional and caring manner, provide tours and guides families that visit the cemetery locations, and attend services and visitations for client families to develop relationships and ensure excellent service.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include completing required paperwork, ensuring proper interment verification process, and conducting blind checks. You will also develop new prospects and community-based contacts, make presentations at the business location, at client family homes, and at public community events, and maintain positive and proactive communication and cooperation with all funeral homes, departments, and team members.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Proven track record of success in inside sales and outside sales production strongly preferred
- May require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable law
- Valid driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record
- Bilingual speaking preferred
