Role OverviewThe Family Services Case Manager-Adult Services Coordinator provides case management and support services for adults and children living in Family Housing. Develops and coordinates programming for adults on life skills and personal and professional development.
What You Will Do
Responsible for providing case management services utilizing the strength-based perspective and integrating motivational enhancement theory. Collaborate with families and individuals to develop goals plans and monitor and report progress.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for motivational enhancement interviewing and for career counseling and guidance. Ability to write effective SMART goal plans and document progress.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5-8 years' experience in social services
- case management experience and program development experience
- CPR/First-Aid, CPR for Infants
- Graduate level licensure is required for Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling related program (LGSW, LGPC, etc.)
