Job Description
Join our team as a Family Services Coordinator and support families during difficult moments. Provide emotional support, guidance, and education on organ and tissue donation. Required to travel throughout New England. Mileage and other reimbursements available.

Requirements

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to family members of trauma patients
  • Facilitate compassionate and respectful discussions around end-of-life decisions
  • Assess patients' readiness for organ and tissue donation
  • Advocate for donation while being respectful of cultural and/or religious beliefs
  • Maintain individual authorization rate and complete required documentation
  • Provide initial follow-up to donor families after donation
