Job Description
Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a Family Support and Engagement Specialist to work with children and families in need, providing intensive home visitation services and promoting healthy childhood growth and development within a caring community.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience working with or providing services to children or families
  • Knowledge of infant and child development
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships
  • Acceptance of individual differences
  • Willingness to engage in building reflective capacity
