Role OverviewThe Family Support Worker is responsible for transporting clients and supervising visits between clients and their family members to ensure a safe and supportive environment. This role involves observing visits impartially, documenting interactions, and entering necessary information into required systems in a timely manner.
What You Will Do
Transports clients, impartially observes visits, documents observations, and completes administrative tasks in a timely manner. Provides dependable transportation, visitation, and logistical support to operational teams.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Florida Driver's License within 30 days from hire
- Two (2) years of experience in human services or child welfare programs
- Bilingual is preferred
