Job Description
The Family Support Manager will manage and directly support families in crisis through the Better Families Program in Southwest Florida. The ideal candidate will have a Human Service-related degree and experience working with vulnerable children and families. They will be responsible for assessment and evaluation, matching and support plan development, and mentoring and coaching.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a related field
  • Child Welfare Certification from the Florida Certification Board is preferred
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and car insurance
  • Reliable personal vehicle available for daily work-related travel
