Liberty Resources is seeking a Full Time Family Support Navigator in Rochester to partner with families and individuals impacted by substance use disorders, providing education and linkages to services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services
  • At least two years of work experience in the field of human services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and with flexibility
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Understanding of issues affecting individuals and families in the OASAS system
