Liberty Resources is seeking a Full Time Family Support Navigator in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human services and at least two years of work experience in the field of human services. They will partner with families and individuals impacted by substance use disorders, providing education and linkages to services.

  • Ability to work independently and with flexibility in days and hours of work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to solve complex problems using creating solutions and act consistently in a manner that demonstrates dignity and respect to individuals and families
