Job Description
Liberty Resources is seeking a Full Time Family Support Navigator in Rochester. The Family Support Navigator will partner with families and individuals impacted by substance use disorders, providing education and linkages to services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services
  • At least two years of work experience in the field of human services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and with flexibility in days and hours of work
