Role OverviewWe are seeking an In-Home Family Support Professional to join our team in Chester County, PA. Family Support Staff work one on one with individuals diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in their homes and/or in the community.
What You Will Do
Assist each individual with learning and/or maintaining various skills as identified in the Individual Support Plan. Hours are determined by each individual's needs, varying from a couple of hours once a week to 6 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must have HS Diploma or GED
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Related experience is helpful
- Willing to travel throughout Chester County PA
