Job Description
FamilySearch Tech Product Manager 4 responsible for the overall success of products, including understanding customer needs, developing and maintaining product vision, and working with others to deliver products customers love.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of end-user customer needs
  • Ability to deploy qualitative and quantitative customer understanding methods
  • Experience working with stakeholders and end-users
  • Ability to develop and maintain a long-term product vision and roadmap
  • Experience with customer awareness and enablement programs
  • Ability to analyze product and customer measurement data
  • Experience with business case development and feasibility analysis
  • Ability to identify and mitigate business risks
  • Experience with product lifecycle management
  • Ability to establish and maintain a product plan and roadmap
  • Experience with customer-facing product objectives and success metrics
  • Ability to evaluate product success and approve product release
  • Experience with product training and messaging development
