Role OverviewAs a Functional Area Project Management (FAPM) Lead Engineer, you will oversee multiple industrial construction projects, manage a team of project managers, and ensure organizational objectives are met across projects. This role focuses on strategic oversight, portfolio management, and ensuring organizational objectives are met across projects.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic oversight for multiple tooling installation projects, lead and mentor a team of project managers, develop and implement standardized processes for project planning and execution, oversee the installation of complex industrial tooling systems, and ensure all projects adhere to OSHA regulations and client-specific requirements.

Requirements

- Expert knowledge of industrial tooling systems and installation processes
- Advanced proficiency in project management software
- Strong understanding of CAD software and technical specifications
