Role OverviewJoin Stew Leonard’s as a future manager through the Management Development for College Graduates program. Over 12-18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience, develop technical skills, and learn about various aspects of Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

You'll immerse yourself in on-the-job experiences within a specified department, developing product knowledge and a deep understanding of Stew Leonard’s values and culture.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Minimum grade average of C, or better

- Willingness to relocate, both for the program and/or post-graduation
