Role OverviewThe Farm Laborer is responsible for collecting, handling, and transferring eggs to trays and coolers while ensuring proper egg-handling procedures are followed. This position also involves monitoring bird houses, maintaining cleanliness standards, and removing mortality as needed to support flock health and production efficiency.
What You Will Do
Transfer eggs into trays and place trays onto egg buggies, push full egg buggies into egg coolers, load and transfer eggs to designated cooler areas, walk poultry houses regularly to identify and remove mortality, and clean and disinfect the egg room on a weekly basis.
