Job Description
This position is responsible for all aspects of the business at the farm level, including the production of a high-quality product in a timely manner while maintaining a safe workplace and clean environment. Additionally, this position is responsible for the training of the Associate Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in live swine production
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build working relationships with other Team Members
